Are these services specifically for cats and dogs?

Whilst some of our services are intended for cats and dogs we can cater to other pets depending on the service required and type of animal. The service’s that might be available for you include Pet sitting, Drop-ins, Pet transport and Pet Photography.

What are some other pets that you’ll provide service for?

Pets that we may do services for include Fish, Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, Small Birds, Hedgehogs, Tortoises and Rabbits.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are a fully insured company.

Will I meet my Dog Walker or Pet sitter?

Yes! Before a service is to be carried out we typically prefer to arrange for a meet and greet so that both you and your pet can become familiar with a member from our team. This may either take place at your home or in a neutral agreed location.

Will you provide discounts if we have multiple pets?

Yes! Although it depends on the service required and the workload. For dog walking we’ll provide a 30% discount from our base price for one additional dog from your household. For pet sitting we may provide a discount for multiple pets if they’re low maintenance because multiple pets doesn’t always mean double the workload.
